They become very inactiv.  They will see again in they're weight.  They may have health  issues that could cause death or illness.

You can control your inactivity, obesity and, High blood pressure,.  Primary health risk factors are risks you take that can affect your health by not exercisig.

What benefits are gained by exercising?

The body's inablity to regulate sugar metabolism.  Things you're interested in may last a longer period of time.  Able to carry out tasks without undue fatigue hadle emergency situations, and possess sufficent energy to enjoy lessure time pursuits.  You will feel moe good about yourself.  Increased success in things you like to do.

         What is the relationship between wellness and   personal  fitness?

Wellness is how wealth a person is.  Personal fitness is how personally fit a person is.  The things that relate the two are that to be very wealth you need to be able to master both to your maximum.
