What is the difference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness?

Health-Related helps prevent disease, promotes health, a key element in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, resule risks of developing health problems such as heart disease, low back pain, obesity, and improves your bodyʼs ability to function.  Skill-Related has to do with Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction Time, and Speed. Skill-Related Mostly has something to do with sports.

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

Because it improves your exercise regularly and follow basic training principle.  It also keeps them from having heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, colon cancer.



Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness.

Because if you dont know you can get many diseases, illnesses, and much more. Without being able to know your current level of health-related hitness is scar because it could cause random troubles with your body.
